You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless topwd1, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Service.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Service, you must first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team.
